The 7th International Symposium on Signal and Image Processing (ISSIP 2026) is aimed to foster the field of signal and image processing encompassing the theory and practice of algorithms and hardware that convert signals produced by artificial or natural means into a form useful for specific purpose.
The signals might be speech, audio, images, video, sensor data, telemetry, electrocardiograms, or seismic data among others. The possible application areas include transmission, display, storage, interpretation, classification, segmentation, or diagnosis.
The RIT Kosovo, Europe, organized the symposium on November 24-25, 2026. The main objective of the symposium is to provide a platform for young researchers to showcase their inventions and innovations in the field of signal and image processing which may be used by mankind. ISSIP 2026 is technically sponsored by the Asia-Pacific Artificial Intelligence Association (AAIA), Kolkata Branch.
RIT Kosovo (A.U.K) is the only private institution of higher education in Kosovo that grants degrees accredited by an American university. Topics of interest will fall under one or more of the symposium tracks.
The authors are invited to submit the Full papers of the Research/Review Papers. The papers will be peer-reviewed and only the accepted and registered papers will be considered for presentation during the conference and publication in the proceedings.
All papers must be submitted online via Microsoft CMT Portal submission portal https://cmt3.research.microsoft.com/ISSIP2026.
Authors are invited to submit original, unpublished research papers that are not being considered for publication elsewhere.
The length of each paper should be 12 pages, including figures, tables, references.
The review process will be double-blind.
Authors must ensure submissions are free from plagiarism , self-plagiarism and AI Detector (Similarity Limit is Less than 10%, 0% AI content, and single source is maximum to 2%.).
The Microsoft CMT service was used for managing the peer-reviewing process for this conference. This service was provided for free by Microsoft and they bore all expenses, including costs for Azure cloud services as well as for software development and support. All submissions will be thoroughly peer-reviewed by experts based on originality, significance and clarity.
In order for a paper to appear in the proceedings and be included in the Conference Technical Program, at least one author of an accepted paper must register.
